The issue was resolved, although the tooltip for "Please fill out this field" will be fixed in another PR/ticket as it seems like a Chromium problem which we cannot prioritize right now.
Steps to reproduce:
Open HUB
Go to "Projects" -> "Settings"
Go to the "Appearance" menu item
Select the fourth language from the "Languages" drop-down
Go to the project creation workflow and check:
- the "Create new project" string in the "Project name" section
- and tooltip "Please fill out this field" in the "Repository" section
Actual results: Mentioned strings miss translations
Expected results: The mentioned strings should have translations
Reproducible with versions: Unity Hub 3.13.0-beta.1 (affd4f1)
Not reproducible with versions: -

Tested on (OS): macOS Sequoia 15.5(M1 Max)
