Hub Learning template Read More button is available when creating a project with Unity 7 Editor version which does not support templates

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Unity Hub 3.13.0-beta.1
2. Click the "New project" button
3. Select Unity 7 Editor version
4. Open the "Learning" template tab
5. Click the "Read More" button
6. Observe the opened tab

Actual results: The "Read more" button is presented and the opened tab is empty

Expected results: "Read more" button should not be presented at all since there are no templates supported 

Reproducible with versions: 3.13.0-beta.1

Tested on (OS): macOS Silicon Sequoia 15.5, Windows 11 Pro (23H2)
