The expectation that the values would be saved is not valid. The values will be restored if you undo the method change, but not if you change it and then change it back. It is analogous to deleting a behaviour and then re-adding it: values are not expected to be saved.

How to reproduce:
1. Open any project with Cinemachine 3.0.0-pre.9 or newer installed
2. Add to any GameObject Component "Cinemachine Spline Cart" and enable "Automatic Dolly"
3. Choose any other Method than "None" and enter any values
4. Change the Method to another and then back to the same one

Actual result: The Values entered are not saved
Expected result: The Values entered are saved for the user to switch between

Reproducible with: (3.0.0-pre.9) 2022.3.11f1, 2023.1.17f1, 2023.2.0b14, 2023.3.0a11
Not reproducible with: (3.0.0-pre.9) 2021.3.31f1 (Getting errors with the pre release package)
