Language Pack Modules are missing and showing 0 bytes of data for Unity 6.1 Beta

Steps to reproduce:

1. Have a beta version of Unity 6.1 installed through Hub
2. Add modules from the gear icon in the Installs tab
3. Observe the language pack Download Size and Size On Disk
4. Select any of them and click Install

Actual results: Packs show 0 bytes of data, Installation fails with error "Download failed: Validation Failed"

Expected results: Language Packs are downloaded and installed

Reproducible with versions: 3.10.0, 3.11.0-beta.1
