2. Open Market scene
3. Pan viewport camera around
4. Notice that the realtime shadowmap is offset

- Reproduces with all lighting modes (Subtractive, Baked Indirect, Shadowmask)

- Clearing baked lightmap data resolves the issue
- Does not reproduce when CharacterLight Culling Mask property is changed from Characters to Everything
