"New Project" button misses a translation

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open HUB
2. Go to "Projects" -> "Settings"
3. Go to the "Appearance" menu item
4. Select the first language from the "Languages" drop-down
5. Observe the "New Project" button in the "Projects" window

Actual results: Button title is not translated

Expected results: Button title should be translated

Reproducible with versions: Unity Hub 3.12.1 (1573ff5), Unity Hub 3.13.0-beta.1 (adb3b66)
