"Shader warning in 'PathTracingMain'" is thrown when creating project using HDRP Template

How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project using 3D (HDRP) Template
2. Wait for the project to load
3. Observe the Console window

Expected results: no warnings are thrown in the Console window
Actual results: shader warning thrown in the Console window

Shader warning in 'PathTracingMain': parameter 'tMin' is uninitialized when used here [-Wparameter-usage] parameter 'tMax' is uninitialized when used here [-Wparameter-usage] at (21)/Library/PackageCache/com.unity.render-pipelines.high-definition/Runtime/RenderPipeline/PathTracing/Shaders/PathTracingLight.hlsl(917) (on d3d11)

Not reproducible with: 2023.3.0a16
