Build Analysis results are not fully updated if the result files were modified externally

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new 3D URP Template project
2. Build the project
3. Open the Build Analysis window (Window -> Analysis -> Build Analysis)
4. Select one of the builds
5. Right-Click and select the option to reveal the files in a file browser
6. Replace the folder's contents with the attached data of a failed (Cancelled) build
7. Observe the results in the Build Analysis window

Actual results: Build Analysis results are not updated on an external file change. If the window is re-opened (Or another build is made) the data is partially updated - error messages are shown, but the build remains marked as successful

Expected results: Build Analysis results are updated with external data changes. Or, the data is fully updated once the window is refreshed

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a5, 6000.6.0b2, 6000.7.0a1

Can’t test with versions: 6000.6.0a4 (Build Analysis window not present)

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24, macOS 26.5.1
