This is evaluated as expected behavior. The template version is mainly targeted to the latest LTS and updated support to latest version will apply if compatibility issue arise or when an LTS version is available.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Create a 2D(URP) project
3. Notice the pop-up

Actual result: pop-up appears
Expected result: no pop-up

Reproduced on: 2022.2.0a13, 2022.1.0f1
Not reproduce on: 2022.2.0a12
