Crash on HP_IsPluginUnlocked when dynamically invalidating collider components

Not reproducible in the latest stream
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open scene "Scenes -> CrashScene"
3. Make sure "Jobs -> Burst -> Enable Compilation" is off
4. Enter Play mode
5. Press the space bar
Expected result: A new dynamic body is spawned
Actual result: The Editor crashes
