GenerateAuthoringComponent causes errors when declaring variables with the Private access modifier

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "1411306.zip" project
2. Open the Console window

Expected result: No errors
Actual result: "error CS0122: 'NewBehaviourScript.privateInt' is inaccessible due to its protection level" is thrown

Reproducible with: 0.51.0-preview.32 (2020.3.37f1, 2021.3.6f1)
Couldn't test with: 0.17.0-preview.42 - Deprecation causes errors

Reproduced on: macOS Monterey 12.0.1
