Front Wheels Continue Spinning When Braking While Vehicle Is Upside Down

This is as designed. The "Space" key handles handbrakes in this sample, and the car is configured so that handbrakes only affect the rear wheels

Steps to reproduce:

Create a new Unity project
Open the Package Manager
Install the com.unity.vehicles package
Select the Vehicles package and open the Samples tab
Import the Advanced Vehicle Sample
In the Project window, open the AdvancedVehicleScene
Enter Play Mode
Flip the vehicle upside down (e.g., by driving off a ramp or forcing a rollover)
Press the Space key to brake
Observe the behaviour of the front wheels

Actual results: The front wheels continue spinning even though the brake is applied and the vehicle is upside down

Expected results: All wheels should stop or significantly slow down when the brake is applied, regardless of the vehicle's orientation

Reproducible with versions: 0.1.0-exp.10 (6000.2.0b3)
