Thanks for reporting this issue, after some investigation we have found that it's already fixed in Unity 2022.1.0a15 and above.
We presently have no plans of back porting this fix to 2021.

Reproduction steps:
Open the attached project (CinemachineBug.zip)
Press File>Build and Run
Select Build folder
Exit Build
Open Player.log file
Expected results: Build runs error-free
Actual results: ExecutionEngineException error is being thrown
Reproducible with: 2021.3.8f1, 2022.1.0a14
Not reproducible with: 2022.1.0a15, 2022.1.14f1, 2022.2.0b6, 2023.1.0a6
Couldn't test with: 2020.3.38f1 (Visual scripting not available)
Reproducible on: Windows 11
