“Unity AI” top menu button is missing a tooltip

How to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project
2. Hover mouse on “Package Manager” or “Unity Version Control” buttons
3. Hover mouse on “AI” button
4. Observe the “AI” Button

Actual result: Unity AI button is missing tooltip “Unity AI”

Expected result: Unity AI button should have a tooltip “Unity AI” (similar to Package Manager or Unity Version Control)

Reproducible with: 1.0.0-pre.3 (6000.2.0b1)
Can’t test with: 6000.2.0a10 and lower (Unity AI button not available in the Editor)

Tested on (OS) : MacBook Pro, 2021 (M1), Sequoia 15.3.2
