UI Material becomes pink when used in the Build

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project "IN-31243.zip"
2. Build And Run the project

Expected results: GUI is displayed in the Player
Actual results: GUI is pink in the Player

Reproducible with: 2022.2.7f1, 2023.1.0b4, 2023.2.0a3
Could not test with: 2020.3.45f1, 2021.3.18f1 (compilation errors in the Console window), 2023.2.0a3 (the Editor crashes)
