Path length char limit does not re-evaluate when changing template until edit Project name

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open Unity Hub
2. Click 'New Project'
3. Select Universal 3D sample template and download the template if it isn't already
4. Keep entering characters into the 'Project name' field until you get a warning to shorten the path and the 'Create project' button becomes unclickable
5. Select Universal 3D template (this template allows longer Project names than Universal 3D sample template)

Actual results: The warning to shorten the path is still active and the user can not create a project. You need to add or remove text from the name to make the validation re-evaluate.

Expected results: The warning to shorten the path is removed as the newly clicked template allows more characters in the project name.
