Remote Instances > Run Device drop down is present -it should only be local instances

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Open the attached "Test" project from Google Drive
2.  Make sure to have a connected Android device
3.  Go to Window -> Multiplayer -> Play Mode Scenarios
4. Add a "Remote Instance" and select the "Android" Build Profile
5. Observe “Run Device” drop down

Actual results: Android Build Profile should yield a warning sign and Run Device should not be shown: 

Expected results: drop down should have a text “Select Device”

Reproducible with versions: 1.5.0-exp-2 with the Boss Room project (6000.2.0a9)

Tested on (OS): MacBook Pro, 2021 (Apple M1 Max, Sequoia 15.3.2) with VLNQA00517 - OnePlus 10 Pro 5G (NE2213), CPU: Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 (SM8450), GPU: Adreno 730, OS: 12
