How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project "Audio Hang Bug.zip"
2. Open Assets/Modifiable.cs
3. Change 1 to 2 at line 5
4. Focus back to the Editor

Expected results: Editor is not stuck at "Reloading Domain"
Actual results: Editor is stuck at "Reloading Domain"

Reproducible with: 1.2.3 (2022.3.35f1, 6000.0.9f1)

Reproducible on: Windows 10 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
