How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “repro-project”
2. File → Build Settings and click Build, make sure that Development Build is unchecked
3. Run the build on the device and observe
Expected result: After the Unity splash screen the Scene loads.
Actual result: After the Unity splash screen the Player crashes.
Reproducible with: 0.17.0-preview.42 (2020.3.44f1), 0.51.1-preview.21 (2020.3.44f1, 2021.3.17f1)
Could not test with: 0.17.0-preview.42 (2021.3.17f1) (Errors with Jobs packages), 1.0.0-pre.15 (2023.1.0b2) (Build fails with missing CMake)
Fixed in: 1.0.0-exp.8 (2022.2.5f1)
