Excessive White Space in Network Visualization Settings Popup

How to reproduce:

1. Create a new "MR Multiplayer Template" project
2. In the Scene View, navigate to the Network Visualization overlay
3. Click on the "Settings" button
4. Observe the Window popup

Actual results: The popup window has a large white space
Expected results: The Settings window should render correctly with no white space / the white space displays some content

Reproducible with: Multiplayer Tools 2.2.3 (6000.1.0b13)

Reproducible on: Ubuntu 22
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
