"XR Origin" and "AR Session" are missing from the Scene when opening a PolySpatial sample Scene

1. Open the attached project "psl-content-main.zip"
2. Open Assets/Samples/PolySpatial/Scenes/Manipulation.unity

Expected results: "XR Origin" and "AR Session" are in the Scene
Actual results: "XR Origin" and "AR Session" are not in the Scene

Reproducible with: 2023.1.16f1 (0.6.3, 0.7.1)

Reproducible on: Windows 11 22H2
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
