Entities are jittering when Temporal Anti-aliasing (TAA) is applied

Motion vectors are not enabled in Entities Graphics by default and they are needed for TAA. For 2022.3, "USE_HYBRID_MOTION_PASS" needs to be defined.
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project "ReproProj"
2. Open the “/Assets/HelloCube/4. Prefabs/HelloCube_Prefabs.unity” Scene
3. Enter the Play Mode
4. Observe the Game view
Expected result: Cubes do not jitter and appear to be motionless
Actual result: Cubes are jittering
