Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-118078” project
2. Open Scene (Scenes → SampleScene)
3. Enter Play mode
4. In the Console window, search for “] Change”
5. Leave Play mode
6. Observe the Console window
Expected result: After a change is performed, the change is received only once
Actual result: After a change is performed, the change is received twice
