Unity Hub shows "0.0.0" version for a short time after restarting the Hub

The issue is fixed in Hub 3.20.0

How to reproduce:
1. Fully close Unity Hub
2. Open the Unity Hub
3. Go to Settings and observe the Hub version

Expected result: The version matches the actual Hub version
Actual results: The version is 0.0.0

Reproducible with: 3.18.3, 3.19.0-beta.1

Reproducible on: macOS Tahoe 26 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
