AI Assistant chat layout shifts to the right when scrolling chat history using Wacom tablet or touchscreen input

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project
2. Install the AI Assistant package
3. Open the AI Assistant chat window
4. Using a Wacom tablet pen or touchscreen input, try to scroll the chat history
5. Observe the result

Actual result: The AI Assistant chat layout moves to the right
Expected result: The AI Assistant chat layout remains centered

Reproducible with: 2.12.0-pre.2 (6000.3.8f1, 6000.3.18f1, 6000.5.1f1, 6000.6.0a4)
Not reproducible with: 2.12.0-pre.2 (6000.3.7f1)
Could not test with: 2.12.0-pre.2 (6000.6.0a5, 6000.6.0b1, 6000.7.0a1) (due to UAC0020 compile error)

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested
