Project Auditor - Double Click doesn't expand/collapse areas

In the Project Auditor now we have grouped items together differently we should also look to include when double clicking it should auto expand/collapse. Currently it only does this when clicking on the arrow next to the section.

Also maybe alt-click should expand collapse all children too.

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Run the Project Auditor
2.  Expand Optimization by clicking on the arrow
3.  Double click to on the heading
4. Notice nothing happens

Actual results: Nothing happens

Expected results: The section should expand/collapse
