Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "AndroidCPURepro.zip"
2. Switch to Android Platform
3. Build to the affected devices
4. Compare the CPU frame time/Main thread
Actual result: devices with Cortex-A55 perform better than devices with Cortex-A510
Expected result: devices with Cortex-A510 should perform better than devices with Cortex-A55
Reproducible with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.78f1, 6000.5.2f1, 6000.6.0b2, 6000.7.0a1
