Arabic separator character (066B) is treated as a full-width character when Duospacing is enabled on a TMP text component

How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "IN-145935" Project
2. Open the "SampleScene" scene
3. Observe the Game View

Actual Result: When using Duospacing on a TMP text component, the Arabic separator character (066B) is treated as a full-width character, causing it to take up the same width as a regular character
Expected Result: The Arabic separator character (066B) should be treated as punctuation
