The UI Builder's Data Source Object picker cannot be navigated after triggering a circular dependency dialog box

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create and open a new project
2. Create and open a new UXML file in UI Builder
3. Create a Label in the UI Builder's Hierarchy and select it
4. At the top, open the Object Picker for the "Data Source"
5. Select the same UXML file
6. Close the Dialog box and observe

Actual results: The Object picker window cannot be navigated anymore, but is not closed

Expected results: The Object picker window can be navigated or is closed

Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.15f1, 6000.0.78f1, 6000.3.19f1, 6000.5.2f1, 6000.6.0b2, 6000.7.0a1

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.14f1 

Tested on (OS): Windows 11 (25H2)
