Organization and Project dropdowns open detached from their fields in the center of the screen in the Project Settings Services window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new project (or open any project not linked to a Unity Cloud project)
2. Open Edit > Project Settings > Services
3. Begin linking the project to a Unity Cloud project (the "Select organization" / Organization dropdown is shown)
4. Click the "Select organization" dropdown to open it
5. Observe the opened dropdown menu

Actual results: The dropdown menu opens detached from its field, rendered in the middle of the screen / over other windows, instead of anchored to the Organization field.

Expected results: The dropdown menu opens directly below the "Select organization" field, anchored to it.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a7, 6000.7.0a1

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.78f1, 6000.3.19f1, 6000.5.2f1, 6000.6.0a6

Tested on (OS): Windows 11, macOS 26.5.1
