Captures List label and Import button are cut off above the Search field in the Captures List in Profiler window

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create new Unity project using Universal 3D Template
2. Open Profiler window (Window > Analysis > Profiler)
3. Observe Captures List label and Import button  

Actual results: Captures List label and Import button appear above the Search field and are partially cut off

Expected results: Captures List label and Import button are fully visible within the Captures List window

Reproducible with versions: 6000.7.0a2 (83605ec097c0)

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.7.0a1 (0fe3875ef801)

Tested on (OS):  macOS Tahoe 26.5.1 (M1)

Notes: Search field is unusable as well in Captures List
