"Project connected" pop up opens again after closing it

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a Project and Close it
2. Reopen it and observe Hub
3. Dismiss the "Project Connected" popup

Actual results: Popup can be closed, but it comes back up again if the Project is still loading

Expected results: When closing popup it stays closed

Reproducible with versions: 3.19.2 (24db143)

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
