The "Use AI Assistant" checkbox is always either checked or unchecked regardless of the state that it was in during the previous Unity project creation when creating a new Unity project

How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Navigate to the Projects tab
3. Click the “+ New Project” button
4. Check the “Use AI Assistant” checkbox
5. Create a new Unity project by clicking the “+ Create project” button
6. Close the newly created Unity project
7. Repeat steps 2 and 3
8. Observe the “Use AI Assistant” checkbox

Actual result: The “Use AI Assistant” checkbox is unchecked
Expected result: The “Use AI Assistant” checkbox is checked

Not reproducible with: No other environments tested

Note: This also happens the other way around; the “Use AI Assistant” checkbox will always be checked even if the previous project was created with it unchecked
