Search field in the "Create new Shader Graph Asset" window gets covered by other window elements

Reproduction steps:
1. Create a new project
2. Create > Shader Graph > From Template...
3. Observe "Create new Shader Graph Asset" window search bar

Actual result: Search field is covered by other parts of the window
Expected result: Search field remains fully visible

Reproducible with: 6000.7.0a2
Not reproducible with: 6000.3.19f1, 6000.5.3f1, 6000.6.0b3, 6000.7.0a1

Reproduced on: macOS Tahoe 26.5 (M4)

Notes:

• More of the Search field becomes covered as the window is resized smaller
• Issue is not reproducible with "Create new VFX Asset" window
