System.InvalidOperationException errors being thrown in the Console when the last static body is removed using Incremenetal Static Broadphase

How to reproduce:
1. Open attached “IN-147263” project
2. Enter Play mode
3. Wait a few seconds
4. Observe the errors being spammed in the console

Expected result: Empty real static set, empty static tree, no error
Actual result: System.InvalidOperationException errors being thrown

Reproducible with: 1.4.0-pre.4 (6000.4.0a3), 1.4.6 (6000.4.0a3), 6.5.0 (6000.7.0a2)
Not reproducible with: 1.4.0-pre.3 (6000.4.0a3)

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Note:
-Error in console: System.InvalidOperationException: Incremental broadphase integrity check failed for this tree (static=True). Rigid body with index 0 does not have a valid entity.
