Global selection in project browser doesn't persist domain reload

Steps to reproduce:

1. Select an asset in the project browser
2. Trigger a domain reload (ie. enter play mode)
3. Notice that the selection is now lost and the inspector doesn't display the previously selected asset

Actual results: Selection doesn't persist

Expected results: Selection persists

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6,

• Issue doesn't occur when enabling legacy hierarchy
