Volume game objects gizmo icon is missing in Scene view window

Steps to reproduce:

1.  Crete a new Universal 3D project
2.  Make sure Volume game object is present in the Hierarchy window
3.  Observer the Scene window

Actual results: 
No gizmo icon for Volume game object is present in the Scene window

Expected results: 
Volume gizmo icon is present in the Scene window
