How to reproduce:
- In Windows Display Settings, change display scale to 150%
- Create a new project in Unity
- Navigate to Edit -> Preferences -> UI Scaling
- Uncheck “Use default desktop settings”
- Set “Use custom scaling value” to 125%
- Restart the Editor
- Observe the Editor windows and layout
Actual result: The Editor UI renders with black bars appearing around the edges of the windows
Expected result: The Editor UI scales properly and is displayed correctly, with clean window borders and properly aligned elements
