TalkBack is very slow to navigate away from Dropdown accessibility nodes

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the project at [Internal link]
2. Buid & run for Android
3. Tap the UI Controls button
4. Turn TalkBack on
5. Navigate by swipe all controls down to Slider Element
6. Navigate backwards up to Text Field Element

Actual results: TalkBack is very slow to navigate away from Dropdown Element regardless of the navigation direction.

Expected results: TalkBack navigation is snappy for all accessibility elements regardless of the navigation direction.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3+

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0
