Player displays a black screen when Video Player plays a video for devices using MediaTek Dimensity 9000/9300 chipset

Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached “ASDQWE” project
2. Build and run the Player (File > Build And Run)
3. In the Player, select the “Native” drop-down field
4. Select the “720p” field
5. Press the “Play” button thrice
6. Observe the Player

Expected result: The Player displays a video on part of the screen
Actual result: The Player displays a black image over the whole screen
