Steps to reproduce:
- Open the attached project
- Open the "Level" scene (Assets/Scenes/Level.unity)
- In the Hierarchy, select the "player_idle_0" Object
- Move cursor in and out of Scene or Game Views
- Observe the shadow cast by the "Ground" Tilemap (its ShadowCaster2D has Casting Source = Tilemap Collider 2D)
Actual results: Lights flicker intermittently ignoring Shadow Casters
Expected results: Lights and shadows are not flickering when authoring in Scene View
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.79f1, 6000.3.18f1, 6000.5.3f1, 6000.6.0b3, 6000.7.0a2
