Opacity is ignored on filtered elements

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a UIDoc with a parent and child visual elements
2. Apply a filter on the child
3. Change the opacity of the parent

Actual results: The opacity is ignored by the child

Expected results: The opacity should propagate to the child

Reproducible with versions: 6000.7 6000.6 6000.5 6000.3
