Narrator does not support AssistiveSupport.screenReaderStatusChanged

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the project at [Internal link]
2. Buid & run for Windows
3. Turn Narrator on, then off.

Actual results: The Screen Reader status at the bottom of the screen doesn't change according to Narrator's status.

Expected results: The Screen Reader status at the bottom of the screen changes according to Narrator's status.

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3+

Tested on (OS): Windows 11
