All issues under Auditor's Upgrade Project Settings section are collapsed after ignoring an issue

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Project Auditor window (Analysis -> Project Auditor)
3. Run an Analysis
4. Switch to the Project Settings section under the Upgrade category
5. Expand All issues
6. Select one of the issues and press the Hide button
7. Observe the issue list

Actual results: All issues are collapsed

Expected results: Ignored issue becomes hidden (unless the Show Ignored Issues setting is active). Other issues are not impacted. This is the current behaviour for the Code Issues section)

Reproducible with versions: 6000.7.0a2

Can't test with versions: 6000.7.0a1 and prior (Upgrade category was introduced in 6000.7.0a2)

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.5.2

Notes:

• The issue occurs only once until a new analysis is run
