How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached “IN-147968” project
2. Open Build Profiles window (File > Build Profiles)
3. Swap to Android profile
4. Make sure the “default” scene is selected in Scene List
5. Build and Run to a device
6. Rotate the device and observe the spot lights
Actual result: The spot lights change position and orientation depending on the devices rotation
Expected result: The spot lights remain in the same position/orientation regardless of the rotation

Notes:
- Reproducible with Vulkan API, does not reproduce with OpenGLES API
- Does not reproduce when “Apply display rotation during rendering“ is disabled in Project Settings (Player)
- The “default” portrait rotation yields expected result, all other rotations provide different results
- Does not reproduce on a recreated scene with 1:1 setup (ex. Scenes/New Scene)
