Scene view setting shrinks to ellipsis after changing color preferences

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to preference -> color and change color preferences, for example grid color
2. Go to scene view preferences

Actual results: Everything shrinks to ellipsis

Expected results: Scene view preferences remain readable

• Debating if this should be kept under setting framework but issue seems to only reproducible for sceneview preferences
