No visual indicator is shown when dragging the Image visual element in UI Builder window

Steps to reproduce:

1. Open the attached project
2. In the UI Builder select any element in the Library section other than Image
3. Click and drag the element into the UI Builder's Viewport
4. Observe that a visual indicator is shown when dragging an element
5. Select the Image element in the Library section
6. Click and drag the element into the UI Builder's Viewport
7. Observe the mouse cursor

Actual results: No visual indicator is shown when dragging the Image element

Expected results: The visual indicator is shown matching the behaviour of all other elements

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.20f1, 6000.5.4f1, 6000.6.0b4, 6000.7.0a3

Can’t test with versions: 6000.0.79f1 (Image element not present)

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.5.2
