UI Builder's StyleSheets list cannot be scrolled after adding a new selector

Steps to reproduce:

Open the attached project
Open the test.UXML asset in UI Builder
Expand the StyleSheets list and try scrolling - as expected, the list should be scrollable
Add a new Selector to the USS file
Try scrolling the StyleSheets list again

Actual results: The StyleSheets list is being forced to the starting position when trying to scroll it. Either by scrollwheel or by dragging the scrollbar.

Expected results: The StyleSheets list can be easily scrolled as in Step 3

Reproducible with versions: 6000.7.0a3

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.79f1, 6000.3.20f1, 6000.5.4f1, 6000.6.0b5, 6000.7.0a2

Tested on (OS): macOS 26.5.2
