Search icon in Hierarchy window's search field appears too small on certain display scaling

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a new 3D URP project
2. Make sure in Preferences > General that "Use new Hierarchy window is enabled)
3. In the Hierarchy, observe the search icon (Add new query block) in the search field

Actual results: The search icon (magnifying glass) in the Hierarchy search field appears noticeably smaller than expected, out of proportion with the search field around it

Expected results: The search icon renders at its correct/consistent size, matching its appearance on all resolutions and platforms

Reproducible with versions: 6000.6.0a3, 6000.6.0b5, 6000.7.0a3

Not reproducible with versions: 6000.3.20f1, 6000.5.5f1, 6000.6.0a2

Tested on (OS): Ubuntu 24.04, Windows 11

Notes:

• Seems to be resolution and scaling specific. On Windows, reproduced with 3840x2400 250% and 2560x1440 200% On Linux did not reproduce with monitor scaling 100%
• Could not reproduce on macOS
