Windows Player silently crashes when using Application.Quit() after loading Addressables asset

How to reproduce:

1. Open the attached “IN-147876” project
2. Switch to Windows Build Profile (File > Build Profiles > Windows)
3. Enable Build Diagnostics Data (File > Build Profiles > Windows > Diagnostics > Diagnostics Data)
4. “Build And Run” the project
5. Press “Quit” button on the newly appeared window

Actual result: The Player window closes after ~5 seconds and Windows detects a crash or the window becomes unresponsive
Expected result: The Player window closes almost instantly without any issues

Reproducible with: 6000.4.0a2 (417aa67423b3), 6000.5.4f1, 6000.6.0b4, 6000.7.0a3
Not reproducible with: 6000.0.0f1, 6000.0.79f1, 6000.3.0a6, 6000.3.20f1, 6000.4.0a1

Reproducible on: Windows 11
Not reproducible on: No other environments tested

Workaround: Disable “Engine Diagnostics”

• In some editor versions when testing with Addressables package:
  • Reproducible with: 3.1.0 (6000.7.0a3)
  • Not reproducible with: 2.11.1 (6000.7.0a3)
  • Could not test with: 3.0.0 (6000.7.0a3) (blocking errors)
